HMC series horizontal machining center adopts an inverted "T-type" structure, and the column adopts a "gantry-type" frame overall structure. The reasonable layout optimizes the chip removal structure and improves the guide rail lubrication and recovery system, enhancing the overall rigidity and appearance quality of the casting. It can be equipped with a 90-degree vertical milling head and a universal milling head, capable of completing complex processes of multi-face machining in one clamping. 1-The base adopts a "T" layout, optimized with finite element analysis for the arrangement of ribs in the casting structure, improving overall performance indicators without generating overturning torque throughout the entire stroke.
2-It uses a high-precision spindle, with a standard speed of 6000rpm, equipped with spindle air curtain protection, ensuring stable accuracy and long service life.
3-The spindle is driven by a high-power constant torque motor.
4-It features a high-rigidity roller guide rail structure, combining the heavy cutting rigidity of a hard rail with the fast movement characteristics of a linear guide rail.
5-The dual-supported pre-tensioned lead screw eliminates transmission backlash and pre-compensates for errors caused by temperature rise.
6-The precision rotary table provides ultra-high positioning and repeatability accuracy, ensuring workpiece machining accuracy.
