C6136 HORIZONTAL LATHE INTRODUCTION:
The C6136D series manual horizontal lathe is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotating surfaces, turning various metric, inch, modulus, and diametral pitch threads, and can perform drilling and oil groove pulling work. It is a highly versatile horizontal lathe and is widely used for batch processing of various shaft and disc parts.
Features:
1. The main spindle box of the machine tool is manually scraped and ground between the joint surfaces of the bed, tailstock, and support plate. The entire machine has undergone strict testing, effectively ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron with the addition of copper and chromium special materials. The width of the bed guide rail is 312mm, and the quenching depth of the bed guide rail reaches 3mm, effectively improving the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The lubrication of the machine tool spindle box adopts a cycloidal pump for cyclic forced lubrication, ensuring the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the spindle box, and effectively extending the service life of bearings and gears.
4.The machine tool gears are precision ground, effectively improving the gear hardness and reducing the machine tool noise.
