Product Description
TCK2100LY interpolation Y-axis CNC horizontal lathe can process shaft-type and disc-type parts. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it can also perform planar milling, drilling, tapping, keyway milling, spiral milling, and gear milling, offering turning, milling, and boring capabilities. The Y-axis interpolation is achieved by adding a 30° inclined sliding plate on the saddle, allowing the Y-axis to participate in machine tool linkage processing. With four-axis linkage, it can process complex workpieces, especially for longer shaft-type parts and components with spiral grooves or other special curved grooves. Through a single clamping, it can complete the combined turning and milling of parts, greatly improving processing efficiency and enhancing part machining accuracy.
