TCK3100SY machine tool can process shaft and disk parts. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it can also perform tasks such as milling flat surfaces, drilling, tapping, straight grooves, spiral grooves, and milling teeth, providing compound functions of turning, milling, and boring. The interpolation of the Y-axis is achieved by adding a 30° inclined slide plate to the saddle, enabling the Y-axis to participate in the machine's simultaneous processing. Through four-axis simultaneous control, complex workpieces can be processed, especially for longer shaft parts or parts with spiral grooves or other special curved grooves. With a single clamping, the combined turning and milling of parts can be completed, significantly improving processing efficiency and enhancing the accuracy of parts. During the design, the stiffness of components such as the spindle, bed, and tailstock has been reasonably matched, significantly enhancing the overall rigidity of the machine and ensuring stability during heavy cutting. Therefore, the external cylindrical accuracy of this machine tool can reach IT6-IT7 grades. As a versatile machine tool, it is particularly suitable for the efficient, high-volume, and high-precision processing of rotating parts in industries such as locomotives and aerospace.
